The famous management consultant Shiwei Yu once said,"The first-class enterprises are shown by their cultures, the second-class ones by innovations, and the third-class ones by profits."Corporate culture lies to the top level of management, it tends to be connotative and exclusive, corporate culture proposes some spiritual strength, it's the shared sense of worth recognized by the entire employees in the enterprise, as well as the fine traditions formed in the enterprise's history at length.Promoting enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities proves to be trend of the times. The motions of corporate social responsibilities are gathering force in our nation currently. The enterprises are respected generally and required definitely carrying out their social responsibilities by the government.In recent years, Tianjin electric power corporation persisted in promoting and developing the enterprise spirit of"overstepping strenuously, pursuing outstanding", took occasion to"deepening managing innovations"and"lean management", strengthened the construction of social responsibility-based corporate culture, the company scored remarkable achievements by exploring and practicing constantly, provided favorable spiritual directions and gave strong backing to the corporate development. Making further efforts on corporate culture construction ground on social responsibility has more important significance to Tianjin electric power corporation, under favorable conditions of Binhai new area's opening up and Tianjin power grid's"11th 5-year-plan".In this research, the author studied the social responsibility-based corporate culture construction of Tianjin electric power corporation according to the current theories, discussed the positive effects of social responsibility-based corporate culture construction on corporate sustainable development, and analyzed the causal path, so as to lead social responsibility and corporate culture effect and promote each other scientifically in the development, integrated the main ideas of total social responsibility management and corporate culture into corporate rules and regulations, production operations and management, as well as the workforce behaviors, aimed the objective for all employees, enhanced the core competence, sustainable developing capacity, firm value and soft power, which pushed the enterprise developing sustainably.
