With the arrival of the knowledge economy era and the economic globalization, competition among enterprises is mainly embodied in the talents competition, human capital becomes one of important indexes in measuring the core competitiveness of enterprises. As the main means to ascend the quality of human capital, the status of employee training in enterprises is also becoming increasingly important. A lot of successful enterprises invest a lot of human, material and financial resources to organize training, in order to improve employees' knowledge, skill level and create more value for enterprises, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. But, in sharp contrast to the training work in enterprises, enterprise training effect evaluation work is not paid enough attention. Many companies spent a lot of money in training, but can't clearly evaluate the training effect. As the last link of enterprise training, training effect evaluation has the role of transitional. Scientific and effective evaluation, can continuously improve and promote enterprise training work, and provide important information for managers to make decisions. Many enterprises have not conducted training effect evaluation work now, or only simple formal assessment.They do not form a set of training effect evaluation system, which is more scientific and systematic, in order to guide enterprise training effect evaluation work. There is also the situation of energetically developing training work, but tardily developing the evaluation work in Sinopec A company, which is developing rapidly. In the article, the research object is the training effect evaluation in Sinopec A company. Based on the related theory, and according to the actual situation in Sinopec A company, the article relates to improvement research on the enterprise training effect evaluation of Sinopec A company, including the designing principles of evaluation, the safeguard measures in implementation, evaluation process and etc. And using the model based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the article researches on the training effect evaluation of Sinopec A company. It is important to improve the training effect evaluation work of Sinopec A company, and to guide the practical work. The research can improve relevant theory, and has certain reference value to other enterprises.
