However, with the various countries' culture because with differences in background, and different cultural background work together, because the different way of thinking and values and thinking mode and living habits, result in cross-cultural internal team all kinds of conflict and contradiction, affect the company or constantly project operation of the efficiency of success or failure, and even the cross-cultural management is difficult, and through the intercultural team construction well cross-cultural management is important.In the society more and more fine today, division of any one want to finish a thing very difficult, only with the power of the team can succeed, faster for international business enterprise, do well in cross-cultural team construction is a short cut. In many of the multinational enterprises, both are successful, also have failed, whether successful experience or failure, and worth our learning and using for reference. The domestic and foreign research cooperation between developed countries and developing countries and the western developed countries of the cooperation between cross-cultural management is very much, and for developing countries of the cooperation between cross-cultural management research is less.
