China's economy could realize continuous, stable and rapid development in the 30 years of reform and opening, and created economic miracle one after another, contribution of private economy cannot be ignored. Private economy plays an important role in optimizing economic structure, changing mode of economic growth, increasing fiscal revenue, promoting wide employment, and maintaining social stability. Yulin city which locates in western inland with abundant resources has rapid development in West Development. Then, its private enterprises also have big change. However, in the current stage that the private enterprises develop from initial to growth phase, when in face of the important period of strategic opportunities of transferring mode and adjusting the structure, in face of rapid development of urbanization and social transition, in face of low labor cost advantage gradually retreat and sustainable economic and social development, the original business model has not enough to meet complex changes in economic situation, and be badly in need of management upgrade. In this situation, human resources have become the bottleneck of the development of private enterprises in Yulin and the most appropriate point of private enterprises transition. It must by promotion of human resources management of private enterprises in Yulin, to cause the overall adjustment and great innovation, enhance the core competitiveness of private enterprises, and realize the big development of private economy in Yulin.Under this background, this article on the basis of enterprise growth theory, human capital theory and human resource system management theory, take the empirical investigation, literature analysis, structural interview, qualitative discussion, induction and deduction and other research methods, committed to research the private enterprise human resources management question. First of all, the article present the theory of private economy and human resource management for necessary review, and define the relevant concepts; second, through the questionnaire and statistical analysis, the article illustrate the fundamental condition of private economic, the development stage of private enterprise, and the status of the human resources management system; third, the article analyze the common problems and causes of human resources management; finally, on the basis of the actual investigation and analysis, put forward to resolve the human resources management of private enterprises in Yulin, raise the level of human resource management countermeasures. Through the research, this paper argues that the human resources management of private enterprises in Yulin should focus on such aspects:private entrepreneur resources; occupation managers'incentive and constraint mechanism; pay close attention to the combination of human resource management and enterprise strategy; Sound organization of human resource management; emphasize the long-term employment and stable working environment; strict staff recruitment; training development; the scientific and effective performance management system; constructing harmonious labor relation, promote enterprise culture construction. The goal of the current research is to provide a reference for the development of private enterprises in Yulin.
