The Research On International Entrepreneurial Orientation And Influencing Factors Of China Firms

This paper combinates international entrepreneurial of China transnational enterprise characteristics of fact, constructs dimension theory and model of factors about international entrepreneurial orientation(IEO) through theoretical analysis,puts forward two-dimensional analysis framework and direction selection theory of IEO. The main influencing factors include capital structure, corporate governance, organizational characteristics and relationship network.Based on the IEO direction selection theory, we do typical case study of foreign investment and internal R&D direction in the Chinese international enterprises. The recommendations focus on encouraging the non-knowledge intensive enterprises internal R & D and the brain module innovation.Through the empirical research on influencing factors and IEO, we need to promote second reform process of the shareholding, especially to promote state-owned enterprise reform, advance the development of listed company's equity diversity. On corporate governance, shorten the executive tenure, establish and improve the executive compensation incentive system.Through typical case analysis of relationship network with IEO,we conclude that: the formal and informal transnational linkages mechanism should be combined in the internationalization, the informal networks in the role of transnational business should be highlighted.
