Problems And Countermeasures Of State Owned Forest Farm Under The New Situation

The state-owned forest as an important forest resources ecological construction and ecological security of our country and wood base, it has a great significance for China's economic development, social stability. However, in recent years state-owned forest farms have more problem, and it is not adapt to the current stage of development and the forestry. Therefore, state-owned forest farms in Fujian were investigated by social practice in this article. And find the related literature to analysis systematically, the combination of theory and practice to explore the state-owned forest problems.Firstly, summarizes the new problems appeared in China under the new situation of the state-owned forest farm. The results showed that some problem was particularly prominent in the state-owned forest farms under the new situation, such as afforestation landscape, personnel allocation, factory environment, management system, seed application problem was particularly prominent.Secondly, forestry labor force of the northwest and the south of Fujian was studied. And then,Mainly to the age structure, cultural level, some of the total human resources and so on several aspects to carry on the research, the results showed that the current labor shortage problem is more prominent.Finally, combined with literature and system analysis to puts forward corresponding solutions.
