Study On Countermeasures Of Ecological Protection Of The Bawangling State-owned Forest Farm In Hainan

With the development of economy in our country,people's living standards are increasing day by day.At the same time,we face more and more serious ecological environment problems.State-owned forest farm is the important foundation of ecological civilization construction,Ecological restoration and construction is the most important infrastructure to safeguard national ecological safety,protecting national ecological security,improving people's ecological well-being,promoting green development,responsing climate changes.Therefore,as core areas for the national ecological barrier the ecological conservation construction tasks of state-owned forest farms are arduous.In order to survive and the development of economic construction,the state-owned forest farms' ecological protection construction has very important significance.This paper chooses Bawangling state-owned forest farm of Hainan Province as the research object.It is the first step to understand the direction and content of the state-owned forest farm ecological protection construction research at home and abroad.Secondly our research combines the ecological protection development of forest farm and the present situation of forest farm ecological protection construction,thus to propose solutions for the ecological protection of forest farm.Started to study,including the ecological protection management system of forest farm,the industry management and talents management of forest farm,the ecological protection project construction of forest farm,the Protected Areas management of forest farm and so on.On the basis of the above research,we arrive at perfection countermeasures to improve ecological protection of Bawangling state-owned forest farm.The main contents and conclusions of this paper research are as follows:(1)Based on geographical environment and the actual situation,the ecological protection construction of Bawangling forest farm is different from other state-owned forest farms in the development course and present situation.So the research of Bawangling forest farm needs to be systematical and comprehensive.(2)The specific measures of forestry ecological protection construction includes strengthening the forest tending and forest resource cultivation,establishing condominium system of ecological protection between forest farm and the surrounding villages and towns,completing management and operational mechanism,strengthening the management of ecological protection project-Tianbao project,developing key industries--ecological tourism,strengthening the management of competitive industries,managing the Protected Areas of forest farm strictly,increasing the introduction of talents and strengthening the training of employees,and paying attention to improve ecological protection consciousness of the local people.(3)According to the systematic research on ecological protection construction analysis,we find that it can make progress in ecological protection of the Bawangling forest farm,also provide a reference ecological construction measures for State-owned forest farm elsewhere in our country.Firstly,it can form a good situation to build ecological protection between forest farm and the surrounding villages and towns.Secondly,the ecological protection project--Tianbao project,does make natural forest resources be protected.Thirdly,industry of forest farm realize sustainable management gradually,relieving deep-seated contradictions of Tianbao project construction constantly.Indirectly contributing to the ecological protection construction of forest farm.So Bawangling's ecological protection is effective on the whole.
