Domestic insurance enterprise is known as the sunrise industry in twenty-first Century. since the resumption of commercial insurance business of our country at the beginning of 80's.insurance income has increased year by year and it's forming a considerable size of the market.CPIC as one of China's four major insurance companies.since its establishment at May 13.1991 in shanghai.It has successfully listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange at December 25,2007 and at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at December 23,2009. by the end of 2010.CPIC has 40.69 million personal customers and 470,000 corporate clients all over the country.And the company has achived a net profit of 4.611 billion yuan, the company includes the value of 70.6 billion yuan,87.9 billion yuan premium incomeThe company's Registered capital has increased to 7.6 billion by the end of 2010.9.The company's development related to the coordination,stable,sustainable and healthy development of the whole Chinese insurance industry. With the situation of human resources being the most critical driving factor of enterprise's knowledge value in the knowledge-based economy, the subjective activity level and efficiency level of human resources will generate crucial influence to the success or failure of enterprises.As a talent-intensive industries. The acquirement of talent is a very important factor to the company's success.but the mobility of insurance is so serious that it's necessary for the company to establish a Reasonable and fair performance reward encourage system to retain talents.In this paper,the person in charge of third branch of China Pacific Life Insurance Company (CPIC) jiangsu is responsible for the object of study,it proposes the status quo and problems of Performance Evaluation in the pay system of CPIC jiangsu branch,address these issues,raised a full performance evaluation system,determine the indicators on the target object of each line which is sub-business,and proposes the description of each indicator and calculation metheods.in the final,proposes the score method of each indicator,and pointed out that the calculation of performance awards,in the final,uses the specific data of CPIC Jiangsu Branch in 2010 to the actual calculations,and find that the indicator data of the four quarters of 2010 of sub-line in each third branch,finally,evaluate the data.
