As the economic of globalization, and market globalization, and information of globalization, and manufacturing of globalization and enterprise management of globalization, all this push enterprises to face more and increasingly fierce competition of domestic and international market, especially for the enterprises they have more sensitive for cost, technology and innovation, in order to improve competition ability and the adaptation ability of market change, most enterprises try how to constantly improve productivity, and to keep long-term competition advantage and how to perfect organization performance. Although organization structure constantly adjustment, and layoff, and flat organization structure, and disperse organization all this become mainstream trend, in fact it can reduce cost, but it can not improve performance or keep long-term good performance, it only provided a mechanism of performance improvement, so it need the performance improvement of organization behavior to improve organization performance, and create performance management system and culture fitting itself to mobilize and establish staff enthusiasm and innovation. This article will explain the basic principle of performance management and how to implement it, and wish to proved some reference to other enterprises.
