The China's travel hotel industry go from strength to strength and have become the third industry pillar industry and an important part of the national economy after developing in many years Entering 21st century, tourism developed rapidly and much more frequent business activities in china, which bring the new development opportunity for our hotel industry, at the same time, it's faced with drastic market competition. TianJin with good social environment and advantageous natural landscape is one of the four municipalities directly under the central, that provides the necessary security for TianJin's tourism development. The number of TianJin upscale hotels is increasing year by year, because of scale which is expanding continuously and competition which is fierce increasingly, It deepens the management difficulty for Tianjin upscale hotel ceaselessly, especially for the management to the frequent flow of hotel staff, it's been the important part of hotel management.A staff team which is steady and reasonable structure is the important factor for Tianjin upscale hotel, normal turnover of staff drive the hotel develop, too high or low turnover of staff hinder the development of hotel. The reason that cause the staff frequent flow of TianJin upscale hotels is various, Many people blame for the bad welfare, working pressure, uncertain future, cannot adapt the style of the supervisor'management and so on, but it's the one aspect of flow factors, the factor culture plays an important role in the flow of staff. And this paper based on the related theories in the domestic and foreign countries and development status of TianJin upscale hotels, from spiritual culture, system culture, behavior culture and material culture, researches and finds out the reasons that cause the frequent flow of TianJin upscale hotels, and analyses the culture factors that cause the high turnover and provides the countermeasures.
