Evaluation On Innovation Ability Of Innovative City Of Science And Technology

With the development of economic globalization and constant change in society, innovation has become a decisive factor of city comprehensive competitiveness, therefore, the city innovation ability evaluation has become a problem which is worth to research., according to the different innovation content, the style of innovative city has been subdivided into scientific and technological innovation, service innovation, culture innovation and industrial innovation. Existing model and system on the evaluation of city innovation ability is general applicable, but it lack of research on innovation ability of different type of innovative city, to solve the above problems, this paper will do a research on the innovation ability of innovation city, establishing innovation ability evaluation index of the innovation of science and technology of city and establishment system, construct the evaluation model of innovation city's innovation capacity and calculate the results, combined with the specific city as example analysis, to validate the effective of model and the calculation method. This study on the one hand more targeted and applicability to make up for past regardless of type, universal city innovation ability research, on the other hand provide the basis for the scientific evaluation of scientific and technological innovation city's innovation capacity.The major work and innovative achievements of this paper are as follows:Refining innovation ability evaluation index of the innovation of science and technology of city and establishment system. Firstly based on the understanding of the connotation of scientific and technological innovation-oriented city and combined with the principles of selected index, through the analysis and summarized on the personality and common of domestic and international innovation-oriented city's innovation capability, by consult the experts of Xi'an city science technology agency and northwestern university, from the input-output angle of science and technology innovation to construct a index to fully reflect the comprehensive science and technology characteristic; secondly, through correlation analysis statistical method, according to the characteristics of correlation coefficient, elimination the index of strong correlation characteristic to optimize the index evaluation system, from the 4 aspects of innovation talents of science and technology, scientific and technological innovation environment, innovation of science and technology investment, science and technology innovation which were established by the 4 first grade indexes,7 level two indexes,21 level three indexes to construct the science and technology innovative city evaluation index system of innovation ability.Construct the evaluation model of innovation city's innovation capacity and calculate the results. Firstly, according to the factor analysis theory to establish a evaluation model of technological innovation city's innovation capacity, and proposed the "city scientific and technological innovation capacity index" to evaluate the city's innovation ability; secondly according to the connotation of the scientific and technological innovation city, and taking into account the innovation capacity of the city to select a city which is typical and comparable to be the sample city. This paper chooses Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Xi'an City 7 city as samples to do the example analyze, through the using of SPSS16.0 statistic software to do the factor analysis, last obtained the 4 main factors, and according to the city's main factor scores and rankings, analysis the performance of each city in the 4 main factors, obtained a score and ranking of each city's comprehensive innovation capability, and put forward some suggestions to inprove the city's innovation capacity.
