Enterprise training should be combined with enterprise development strategy, the establishment and the matching strategy training system, to develop business development through training the key talent team, so as to improve enterprise's core competitive ability. But many similar K-airlines such small and medium-sized enterprise, the internal resources, the early and often ignored training system's construction, the lack of long-term continuous training and copy the ability of talents, the development strategy will not provide effective human resources support. So, no matter size scale of the enterprise, should be in the early development strategy based on the need to set up a set of effective training system, so as to get their own internal talent cultivation and supply capacity, for the future development of support.This paper to K-airlines training system as the research object, and through the analysis of the status and problems in training, and found that the current rapid development of enterprise needs and enterprise human resources training resources exist between weak do not match, the effectiveness of the training system to support the implementation of enterprise development strategy. Therefore, the author emphasizes that the strategic matching as the main line, the training needs analysis, based on the development strategy establish training demand analysis system, ensure that the training system can provide effective support for enterprise development. Then, there are some pointed training resources development and accumulation, so as to support the effective implementation of the development strategy.Based on the study with the training in the process of the migration theory, and adult training theory, and various human resource model, the main content of the training system, expounds the theory reference and actual application under the combination, established some preliminary training system, the construction measures. The author thinks that K-airlines enterprise training system should pay attention to scientific and standardization of the management, and to pay attention to the training of quantitative analysis and validity analysis, so in the early development of scientific and normative management mode of the use of establishing training system and improve training management efficiency and effectiveness. This article through to K-airlines training needs analysis, and training resources exploitation and training management measures of accumulation, the major aspects of the research, basic expounds K-airlines training system construction condition and the direction of development, the hope can give K-airlines future training system construction to provide the reference.
