The Design And Implementation Of Electric Vehicle Charging Station Billing Management System

Domestic and international electric vehicle industries are flourishing, which brings unprecedented attention to the supporting charging infrastructure. As an important part of the industry chain, electric vehicle charging stations have much room for future development, and the billing management system is the key part of a charging station.First, a kind of electric vehicle charging station billing management system scheme is designed in this thesis. Considering the practical applicability and universality, the design of charging management system should have user-friendly interface and be easily applies to other electric vehicle charging stations. The scheme in this thesis describes details of the hardware frame structure of billing management system and the function of each component. It also expounds the electric car user’s specific charging process, including DC charging ark and AC charging pile charging process. The corresponding billing scheme is provided.Then this thesis develops serial communication program based on the S3C2440A embedded development board and watt-hour meter, and according to the requirements of DL/T645-2007Multi-function Watt-hour Meter Communication Protocol. This program includes the serial configuration, sending data to the serial port, reading data from the meter, data processing and conversion. Through running this program we can get the following data, including power data, voltage data and current data of watt-hour meter. In addition, the Ethernet communication between charging pile terminal and the background monitor system is realized in this thesis, which makes fluent data transmission between charging pile terminal and the background monitoring system come true.In the end, Qt and C#are used to design the charging pile terminal interface billing system program and write the billing management system background computer scheme. Through these graphic interfaces, the information interaction between the charging piles and charging station working staff is achieved, which will be convenient for them to manage the charging station.
