Research On Regulatory Detailed Planning Compilation And Management In Dongshen

The control detailed planning (hereinafter referred to as the" regulatory planning(RP)") isthe core component of urban planning system. The promulgating of " Urban and rural planninglaw" further enhance the role and legal status of regulatory planning in Chinese urban planningsystem. regulatory planning has been the prerequisite in allocation,transfer and development ofurban land. In recent years, based on the " Guangdong Province control detailed planningregulations" lots of cities in Guandong province carry out a movement of full coverage ofregulatory planning. Then these approved RP became the main guidances of land developmentand planning management in the local government. However, many problems in the planningstages of the small town still have not been solved very well, especially in guiding theconstruction problems, RP did not play its main role. the presence contradictions in land useand management become more prominent by the introduction of RP. Therefore, this thesis willresearch from the small town planning of regulatory control and management especially inDongsheng Town, based on its existing problems and their causes, then trying to provide someimproving measures and suggestions which is suitable for Dongshen town through thecompilation technology and management aspects. These suggestions can also be as usefulreference to other similar small towns.The thesis includes five parts.The first part is the introduction chapter, which includes the research background, researchobjects, methods as well as the purpose and significance of the research.The second part is the basic research chapter, which is mainly about the review ofregulatory plannning in small town. First of all, this chapter introduce the developmentcharacteristic, compilation level, implementation and management of small town. Secondly, itcomes the comprehensive discussion of regulation planning in small town through theregulatory development background, the relationship between related planning and planningmanagement, position and effects, contents and control methods, as well as regulatoryadjustment.The third part is the current situation of regulatory planning in Dongsheng. This chapterintroduces in detail of compilation,approval implementation and management of Dongsheng’sregulatory planning. After analysis, this also comes the various issues in Dongshen’s regulatoryplanning.The fourth part includes fourth chapters, the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter, mainly based on the previous chapter of the analysis, respectively, from the regulatory detailedplanning, management and implementation of supervision and inspection of therecommendations for improvement, and the town regulatory trends and make a preliminaryoutlook.The fifth part is a conclusion in the last chapter. Based on the above several chaptersdiscuss, summarizes the important points.
