Effective teaching behavior is a topic of education which has been discussed fora long time. In recent years, the effective teaching of Chinese as a foreign languageis increasingly becoming a heated topic, people are increasingly concerned abouteffective teaching. Among different ideas, the "one-to-one" teaching style is a newchallenge to teachers who are used to traditional teaching methods. For the"one-to-one teaching", what is effective teaching? How can teachers giveinstructions by monitoring students’ personality traits?
