Study On The Effective Foreign Language Teaching To Meet Students’ Needs

Effective teaching behavior is a topic of education which has been discussed fora long time. In recent years, the effective teaching of Chinese as a foreign languageis increasingly becoming a heated topic, people are increasingly concerned abouteffective teaching. Among different ideas, the "one-to-one" teaching style is a newchallenge to teachers who are used to traditional teaching methods. For the"one-to-one teaching", what is effective teaching? How can teachers giveinstructions by monitoring students’ personality traits? For students of particularpersonality traits, what teaching methods should be taken into consideration so as toachieve effective teaching?This paper attempts to explore the teaching methods of Teaching Chinese as aForeign Language___"one-to-one" style, starting with the students’ personalitycharacteristics, to explore the implementation of effective teaching theories, methods,so as to help teachers conduct effective teaching, and hope to provide some referencefor teachers of TCSOL.
