There are many effective methods of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, among which, game teaching is a fantastic one. This paper focuses on how to carry out rational use of games in classroom to improve teaching quality and improve the effectiveness of teaching. It is known that the positive effects of game teaching are obvious. According to the a series of achieved results of former professors, combined with the author’s real teaching case analysis, the author tries to discuss how to use games to help teach Chinese when your students are Thai high school students, including explore good classroom teaching skills, to provide several game types, and hoping to promote the diversification of manners in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The author also hopes this paper can give some aids to the Chinese teachers who will go to Thailand to teach high school students and the do some work for the internationalization of Chinese promotion.The structure of the paper:the first part is the introduction, mainly outline the research purpose, significance, the previous theoretical results and structure of the paper; the second part mainly discusses the two basic principles which should be followed in game teaching classes in teaching Chinese as a foreign language:communicative principle and the principle of interest; The third part is the analysis of two real cases, and there is also a simple comparison of mid term and final term exam paper; the forth part is the author summarizes the common features of applicable games, some good teaching methods and game types. The fifth part is a summary, after a series of practical application of teaching games, through studying, exploring, modifying and perfecting the usage of games, this paper deals with the case study of these different games. After such case study, the usage of games classroom can have a thorough summary and conclusion, which makes great contribution to the improvement of teaching result in Chinese teaching, and helps improve its future application.
