A Study On Influence Factors Of Subjective Well-being Of Jail People's Police

Jail people's police among all walks of life have special occupational characteristics,not only for that they bear the most important supervision,management and education tasks in the judicial system,in unusual working environment,faced with special working objects,but also for that the consequence due to dereliction of duty and loophole in work is irretrievable.Currently,the study of the academic circles on the jail people's police mainly focuses on work stress,occupational burnout,metal health and such problems,while the study hereof begins from different perspectives,and it is the study and analysis on the subjective well-being of jail people's police through positive psychology to find out the relation between the work stress of the jail people's police,general self-efficacy of themselves and the subjective well-being.The Study was based on 501 jail people's police at random from the jail system of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to issue questionnaire and the recovery of the questionnaire were selected,finally obtain 422 valid data,and through the SPSS22.0 software using descriptive analysis to obtain the characteristics of the objects of this survey,using differential analysis to obtain the work stress,the general self efficacy and the subjective well-being changes in the demographic variables,the work stress obtained by correlation analysis,the general self-efficacy and the subjective well-being of the relationship between the three variables,using regression analysis and the relationship between regulation and mediating role of the work stress,the general self-efficacy and the subjective well-being,draws the following conclusion:I.Compared with the norm of the jail people's police throughout the country,the work stress of jail people's police of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is slightly more than the national average level;the overall subjective well-being is at a higher and middle level.II.In demographic statistics,from the aspects of gender,marital status,occupational type and monthly income,the work stress and subjective well-being have significant differences and the subjective well-being is also significantly different with regard to different ages.III.The work stress has negative impact on the general self-efficacy and the subjective well-being;meanwhile,the work stress also can affect the subjective well-being through the general self-efficacy.?.The general self-efficacy has positive impact on the subjective well-being.
