| The material in teaching Chinese as a foreign language plays a very important role,but most domestic written foreign Chinese teaching materials are based on the concept ofontology of Chinese writing universal teaching material, can’t apply to all Chinese learnersfrom different nationalities, different countries and different learning environments. So inrecent years, many scholars have put forward the problem of compiling materials fordifferent nations and culture.Although there are already a few Chinese teaching material with strong pertinence,such as “Jing Ying Chinese","Thai learning Chinese" and "Lao Chinese course" and soon, but the number is still very few, and such studies are also seldom. So in this paper,through the comparison and analysis between" Jing Ying Chinese" and "new practicalChinese reader", author tried to find out the commonness and characteristics of specificmaterials and universal materials, if the specific materials are really specific or not andwhere there is insufficient in order to make some suggestion in compiling the specificmaterials.This paper is divided into three parts, the first part firstly introduces the situation ofcompiling Chinese materials for overseas students, the use of Chinese teaching materials inBrazil, the use of the “Jing Ying Chinese" and "new practical Chinese reader" in Brazil andintroduction of these two materials as well, and introduces its research purpose andmeaning and research methods.The second part is the focus of this article, focusing on the comparison and analysis ofthe theoretical basis for compiling, text, vocabulary, grammar, cultural projects, practice,Chinese and translation, trying to find out the commonness and characteristics, advantagesand disadvantages of specific materials and universal materials.The third part is summary of the above research, hoping to give some help inimproving the quality of specific teaching materials, and this is also the innovation of thispaper. |
