Language and culture is an inseparable part, in the process of TCFL, it is impossible to study culture without language, and we can not leave the culture to talk about language. As a kind of teaching guide tool, Chinese textbooks also contain a large number of cultural factors. To the foreign students, in the classroom learning process, cultural factors are the way to understand and master the Chinese society, and a way to communicate outside the classroom. So, the study of the culture factors in the teaching materials is particularly important. But for now, these are few researches about cultural factors of textbooks. In this paper, three senior external Chinese listening materials (The development of Chinese-Intermediate Chinese Listening, Chinese Listening Course and Advanced Chinese Listening), for example, summarized the type of cultural factors in the sample listening materials and the presentation of the culture factors. In the guidance of cultural theory and the the theory of how to compose teaching materials, analyze the culture factors in the sample teaching materials, and prepare a few comments listening materials.This article is divided into four parts:the first chapter part introduces the concepts, theories associated with this article; The second chapter is devoted to the development of cultural factors research and listening materials; The third chapter is devoted to the study, methods, analysis of three sets of textbooks the emergence of cultural factors, summed up the three sets of teaching materials and cultural factors characteristics:the fourth chapter of the cultural factors which textbook writing and choose to present their views.
