This article is from the cross-cultural point of view, a comparative analysis of the Chinese as a second foreign language textbooks. China and Germany were published two textbooks "Learn Chinese With Me"(German version), and understand, for example, a description of these books, and finishing. First, through the analysis of teaching materials, and to understand the basic characteristics of the two textbooks on the write mode. Second, from the perspective of cross-cultural analysis of two textbooks, compare similarities and differences. Third, to compare the differences in the methods and ideas.By comparing and analyzing the final conclusion:first, two teaching materials with different write mode.
