The Research Of The Early-Warning Mechanism Of Chinese Social Risk

Under the background of the accelerating process of economic globalization and social transformation and economic transition, the potential risk factors that our country are facing show the trend of complexity and diversity. How to deal with the complicated situation of social risk, how to identify and control and reduce the social risk before it broke out, has become a major issue. At present, there is no perfect social risk warning model in china. In these circumstances, Chinese Social Risk Early Warning Mechanism is urgent to establish.The research of Chinese social risk early warning has important significance. On the one hand, we can identify and analyze the complex social risks faced by our country, and find the root cause of the risk, before the outbreak of the risk, to adjust policies to reduce or eliminate the risk; on the other hand, through the studies of the social risk early warning, we can find the lack of social risk early warning in our country, and put forward some relevant policy recommendations for the construction of social risk early warning mechanism.Based on the social risk early warning theories, this paper established a framework for social risk early warning mechanism. Firstly, analyzed of the status of social risk warning in our country; Secondly, tried to construct Chinese social risk early warning mechanism; Finally, analyzed the difficult problems in the risk process of constructing the Chinese social early warning mechanism, put forward some relevant policy recommendations.This paper is divided into five chapters, the main content and views are as follows:Chapter 1, Introduction, as the research ideas and theoretical basis section of the whole paper and mainly described the background and significance, research status and literature review, thesis research ideas, structure and methods, the lack of major innovation.Chapter 2, from the perspective of the literature, this chapter explained the meaning of social risk early warning and the theories of social risk early warning.Chapter 3, this chapter put forward that the risk society arrived, there are many risks in the critical period of our society. This paper analyzes the status of social risk early warning and problems, the construction of Chinese social risk early warning mechanism have a serious need in our country.Chapter 4, from four parts as the social risk identification, indicator system, early warning model and coping strategies, this chapter attempted to construct the social risk early warning mechanism.Chapter 5, analyzed the difficult problems in the risk process of constructing the Chinese social early warning mechanism, put forward eight relevant policy recommendations.Although the research on social risk theory has become a hot spot, the early warning mechanism on China’s social risk research literature or academic achievements are rare. Therefore, there are some difficulties for thesis research. Nevertheless, this paper seeks to explore in the following areas of study:First, the thesis topic has a strong forward-looking and realistic. Although there have been some results in social risk early warning, the system of social risks in China and build an early warning mechanism in the framework of the theory is still rare. This paper made a study of social risk early warning mechanism in the framework of risk identification, indicator system, early warning and response model of the four aspects of strategy.Second, this paper made the attempt to determine the index score and set the weights. This paper selected 30 to construct of a risk warning indicator system of Chinese society indicators mainly from the income, inflation, unemployment, wealth gap, corruption and social security aspects.Third, the paper analyzed the difficult problems in the risk process of constructing the social early warning mechanism, put forward eight relevant policy recommendations.
