Roller coaster is a kind of entertainment facilities commonly used in amusement parks,which is characterized by the thrill and weightlessness in high-speed operation.But the key to its popularity,especially among young people,lies in the speed of the roller coaster,the overall height of the supporting structure and the form of the winding track.Among them,the support structure is the key of the whole design.Whether the support structure conforms to the standard will directly affect the experience and safety of passengers riding the roller coaster.Therefore,in the design of the support structure for the overall analysis,in the actual engineering application has an important significance.Taking the monorail roller coaster and its supporting structure as the research object,and analyzes the kinematic and mechanical properties of the whole structure of the roller coaster.Based on this,the structural design and analysis of the roller coaster support structure were performed.Which is divided into four parts.(1)Based on ADAMS software,a simplified modeling method is used to establish the kinematics and dynamics model of the roller coaster,and the movable connection part and track of the roller coaster are reasonably simplified.Through software simulation calculation,the load on the roller coaster track is obtained,and the load spectrum on the track is extracted.(2)The finite element model of roller coaster's supporting structure is established by ANSYS module of ANSYS software,and the structural strength are analyzed according to the load force extracted.Check whether the stress of each working position meets the safety factor specified by the national standard.For the working position that does not meet the standard,optimize the design of the column type at that position.(3)The dynamic characteristics of the roller coaster support structure are analyzed,and the command flow is edited in ANSYS software for modal analysis to obtain the natural frequency and modal shape.Based on the results,the track structure system arrangement,structural stiffness,mass,and column form were analyzed to verify the rationality of the overall design of the supporting structure.(4)According to the mode shape calculated by the modal analysis,the modal superposition method is used to analyze the transient dynamic characteristics of the supporting structure in the static analysis results of the large deformation condition.Analyze the displacement response of the support structure to the track structure at different positions with time,and compare the deformation of the working position under static loading with the deformation caused by transient loading,and analyze the difference between the two states.The article simulates and analyzes the roller coaster and its supporting structure based on virtual prototype technology and finite element software analysis methods.It can provide reference ideas and methods for the design of the relevant roller coaster to the subsequent safety assessment.
