The 11 roller coaster's body and the track structure of the institute are investigated in this article.The first part of the research is that the roller coaster's simulation of kinematic and dynamic.The roller coaster's body and the track structure model are take advantage of the UG software to construct and simplify firstly,then the simulation of the roller coaster 's kinematic and dynamic behaviour is going to carry out by Adams which is based on the virtual prototype.According to the different combination of the live load and wind load,the full load and the maximum velocity working condition is determined as the main analysis working state while the no-load.unbalance load and some other condition is belonged to the minor analysis working condition.Based on the results of the simulation for the roller coaster's kinematic and dynamic at different load working condition and due to the national standard for"GB8408-2008safety specification of recreation facility",the security evaluation has been done for the passengers of the roller coaster during the motion.The second part of the research is the strength analysis for the roller coaster 's track structure.Make the full load and maximum velocity working condition as the major analysis working state,take use of the 3D FEA(finite element analysis)software to analyse the deformation and stress for the roller coaster's whole track steel structure,furthermore,the research should be carried out at 30 kinds of working conditions for the whole motion of the roller coaster along the track.The maximum stress value and the appearance position can get from the FEA.The surpass part stress compared with the national standard should be analyzed.Finally,in order to improve the carrying capacity for the track steel structure,the kind of the material and sectional area and so on should be changed necessarily to satisfy the designing requirement.
