Researching Of Citizen Satisfaction Evaluation Of Government Performance

At present, with gathering speed of China’s Service-oriented government construction,acceleratedtrend of democratization of government are becoming increasingly evident, as one of the majorevaluation of government performance evaluation system, Citizen evaluation has become aninevitable trend of further development of performance evaluation. However, the satisfaction researchfor government performance of Citizen evaluation is still in the initial stage, the government has notbegin System’s evaluation based on the public satisfaction index of the government performanceappraisal, and notunified evaluation model necessary.Through the data collection and questionnaire survey, basing on the service government theory,government performance evaluation theory, and the related theory of public satisfaction with thepublic service-oriented government performance evaluation,beside, the comprehensive of past studies,this paper construct the public satisfaction for government performance evaluation index system, andreflect a series of problems that public discontent the government current performance, for example,the government credibility shortage, ecological environment insufficient attention, and inadequate ofthe public social security. pointing out the problem such as the traditional authority, twistedachievements view and social justice missing.In addition, this paper obtains from three aspects: setting up the correct authority view to renewalbeing in power idea; Setting up the science the achievements view to pays great attention the ecologycivilization; and perfecting social security to promote social justice, has consummated thegovernment supervisory service, then enhances the public regarding the government achievementsdegree of satisfaction.At the same time, through the exploring research that citizen evaluation of governmentperformance this paper also have certain practical significance to improve our country’s civilgovernment performance evaluation system in the future.
