Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of CAPF Non-Commissioned Officer Training

With the propulsion of Non-Commissioned Officer(NCO)system reform,NCO corps are getting larger,more and more prominent and becoming the body and base of fighting.So NCO training is very important to improve the capabilities of NCOs.This paper discusses the NCO training of PAP on the basis of the researches at home and abroad.This paper argues that the NCO training of PAP has achieved outstanding results.However,there are still some problems.For example,in theory,there is no comprehensive content and methods are single;in practice,training specifications are small,training system is not perfect,quality of students is poor,teaching content lag,teaching resources are short.So it's necessary to further deepen the reform of training for NCOs.NCO training should be carried out in accordance with the needs of military reform and new missions.In order to train a large number of high-quality NCOs and provide personnel and intellectual support for the construction of modern armed police,it should focus on job competency requirements,improve training system,design training objectives and teaching content system scientifically,strengthen the building of teaching staff and innovate teaching methods,and so on.
