During the socialist modernization and the urbanization, there havebeen a lot of Left-behind Children in rural areas. The moral issue of theLeft-behind Children has been a serious problem in China. The Left-behinChildren as the future of the country, the successors of the cause ofsocialism and the main forces of the new rural communities construction,if their moral issue can’t be solver properly, which will lower young boysand girls’overall quality, affect the new rural communities constructionand the construction of the harmonious socialist society. Therefore, moraleducation of the the Left-behind Children should be a very important taskto study at present, which will promote them to be ones who have noblemoral quality and sound moral personality. At last, making them bequalified talents of the socialist career development.My Master’s thesiswill discuss the moral education of the rural Left-behind Children fromfour aspects. First of all, I’ll explain the significance of the topic,researchmethods and the innovative point.Secondly, I’ll explain the relativenotions. Thirdly, I’ll show the main moral issues of the Left-behinChildren and the reasons from families, schools and society throughquestionaires and the interviews with teachers, their parents andLeft-behind Children. At last, according to my knowledge and the ruralactual situation, in order to solve their moral issues, I’ll propose tentativelyfour principles of moral education, and the ways to the moral educationfrom the family, the school and the society’s angle by consulting referencepapers and listening to related people’s advice.
