Promote Urban Community Residents' Awareness Of Legal Research

Legal consciousness is our country’s indispensable social foundation and theimportant thoughts psychological conditions to establish the law society. The legalconsciousness of the urban community residents as living in the same geographical area ofthe massive community, directly related to the community harmony and social legalization.It cannot be denied that in modern society the role of community is more and moreoutstanding, along with the acceleration of urbanization and the expansion of democracy atthe grass-roots level, not only become the most important places of residents daily life, butalso the important link of government and residents to implement socializationmanagement. So, the education to the residents of urban community also cannot leave thecommunity so as to strengthen the education effect.The article based on legal ideology of urban community residents as the researchobject, Beijing community construction work as perspective, basic principles of Marxismas the guiding principle, using the questionnaire, case studies, the research methods ofliterature, is divided into five parts.The first chapter presents the background and significance of the study, the systemarrangement the research results at home and abroad, points out the existent deficienciesand the source of topic. Then this paper explains the theory, the concepts and theinnovation.The second chapter presents the Development Course of legal consciousness of theurban community residents since the era of reform and opening-up, especially Beijingurban community residents.The third chapter concludes the present situation of legal consciousness from threeaspects of legal cognitive, law obedience and legal application, based on investigation oftwo communities.The fourth chapter analysis the restricting factors in Beijing community constructionwork from five aspects such as subject, object, content, way and environment.Finally, in order to promote the consciousness of community residents and form thenoble belief in law, the paper built the frame system and puts forward some tentativesuggestions.
