Study On The Consciousness Of Participation In Community Construction

With economic development, the interests of the residents demands are increasing, the desire of participating into community public affairs is becoming stronger, thus, the value and the importance of community residents’ participation consciousness is highlighted increased. In order to realize the comprehensive construction affluent society’s goal, The Party’s18th report in the construction of socialist democracy at the grassroots level of the discourse, clearly put forward "the implementation of grassroots community self-management, self-service, self education, self supervision". For the community, as a social cell, with the advancement of community construction, residents’ consciousness of participation is the basis of the present socialist democracy at the grassroots level politics and stable operation. In the construction of the community, The Party’s18th report "further play of people’s enthusiasm, initiative and creativity", community residents can effectively improve their own well-being and the community consciousness of belonging from the participation of community public life, the cultivation participation consciousness is also an important content of urban community construction of spiritual civilization.This paper first analyzes the importance of cultivating community participation consciousness, definitude community construction and the consciousness of participate, and the relationship between the two, then, take Xingfulu community of Qingshan distract in Baotou as an example, take the consciousness of participation as the research object, In view of the problems arising from the research and then analysed the reasons. In the end, I studied the ways to cultivate the community residents’ consciousness of participation.There are4parts in my paper:First part, introduction. Firstly expounds the involved in the formation of the consciousness and its restricting factors, then based on the important theory of literature, discussed the importance of cultivating residents participation consciousness in this paper. The third chapter, the existing problems and reasons of the residents’ participation consciousness in the construction of community. By studying the research summary of xingfulu, find the reasons for these problems of Residents participation consciousness.The fourth chapter, ways to cultivate the residents’ consciousness of participation. On the results of the research community, puts forward countermeasures to cultivate the residents’ consciousness of participation.
