There are manydifferent Between the two generations of migrant workers.Relatively speaking, thenew generation of migrant workers are not familiar withagriculture,countryside,farmers and the land, the other hand, they are eager to enterinto urban society, to enjoy the achievements of urban civilization. But the city is notfully ready to accept them.Therefore, it has a very important theoretical and practicalsignificance to study the institutional barriers of the new generation of migrantworkers.This study is based on a system perspective,and ues thr methods in the form ofquestionnaire and case interview to get materials.The surveyed sample is250newgeneration of migrant workers in TaizhouZhejiang.This essay has discussed how theinstitutional barriers affect the citizenization of new generation of migrant workersbased on the the systematic analysis of the current situation of their citizenization ofthe new generation migrant workers.Finally, some measures and suggestions are putforward to promote the citizenization of new generation migrant worker.The result of the researeh shows that the social systerm which includs thehousehold registration system, the employment systerm,the trianing systerm and thesecurity systerm has the striking effect on the citizenization of new generation migrantworkers. The study has raised some advise on the analysis rusult:1.Deepen the reformof the household registration systerm;2.Promote the reform of the employmentsysterm;3.Innovate the education systerm;4.Improve the social security systerm. |
