Research On The Reform Of Government Institution Problems In Perspective Of Participation Nation

Transforming the government functions has been the core of the previousinstitutional reform, six large-scale institutional reforms have been carried out in Chinasince reform and opening up, to some extent, these the reform results promote socialprogress, however, there are some problems that they did not get rid of "streamline-expansion-to further simplify-the re-expansion cycle, there are reasons for theseproblems is that the Government has not put themselves in roles and status, thegovernment does not implement the changes in concepts and ideas. With majoradjustment of the gradual transformation of government functions and nationaldevelopment strategies, public administration space is expanding increasingly, which it isnecessary to innovate the traditional governance model.
