The efficiency of civil service incentives affect the work of the civil service and efficiency initiative, which has also affected the building of the ranks of the civil service, the impact of the improvement of administrative efficiency and clean government and the government, therefore, constantly improve civil service incentive mechanism has an important significance.In this paper, the use of literature analysis and empirical research method of combining.
