Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Performance Evaluation Of Quality Supervision Institutions In Yueyang

At present, market economy, government miniaturization, pluralistic society, and citizen consciousness make the institutions in our country to introduce the concept of scientific management, to improve management efficiency, to make new reform. As the most effective weapon in government reforming, performance assessment has been gradually introduced into the daily management and reforming in institutions, and have been used widely, and very beneficial exploration have been made in many places, forming a unique mode of assessment. This article is from the basic theory and concept of the performance assessment and institutions, take the Yueyang quality supervision institution as an example, through more comprehensive, in-depth analysis of current situation, problems and causes in performance assessment of Yueyang quality supervision institution, trying to put forward to some constructive measures in promoting effectively carrying out of performance assessment in institutions, in order to make some useful reference study on the management and performance of institutions.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:the first part mainly introduces some background of performance evaluation research in institutions; the second part elaborates the meanings and basic theories of institutions and performance assessment, and doing a special explanation to the basic function of quality supervision institution and the main content and necessity of performance assessment. The third part is taking Yueyang as an example, making a thorough analysis to the main achievement, existing problems and the causes of the performance assessment in Yueyang quality supervision institution.The fourth part gave out the strategy on advancing effective implementation of performance assessment in quality supervision institution, through the system, index, culture, mechanism, value orientation and so many other angles.
