The Study On The Questions And Reform Of The Cadre System

Party selection system is the behavior guidelines of managing cadre’s work. Given a healthy party selection system, we can make the cadre of our party more revolutionary, young, knowledgeable and professional, which is conducive to the long peace of our party and country. Since the Third Plenary Session of the Party, the reform of China’s cadre selection system to move forward steadily and achieved positive progress under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory, and effectively promote and facilitate the deepening of structural reforms related. With China’s rapid economic and social development during the past decade, the current cadre selection system in the development of contemporary Chinese society exposed more and more problems, some systems have lagged behind the development of society, the majority of party members, cadres and the masses selection system for cadres and calls for reform have become more sophisticated.Taking the advantage of some fundamental documents and crucial theories-Marxism, Maoism, Deng Xiaoping theory, the party’s work on cadre working, cadre route, and cadre policy, this paper reviews the history of cadre system discusses the meaning of reform of cadre system, aiming at fully understanding and mastering the lines and thoughts of our party’s cadre work. Therefore, an useful idea can be put forward, an idea about reforming cadre system, perfecting a sound, scientific and regulate cadre system, and bringing up high quality team of cadre.
