The Research On The Rural Governing From The Perspective Of Social Capital

Social capital is developed on the basis of the capital concept in the late1980’s. Itshould be relative with natural capital, physical capital and human capital. Social capitalelements: citizens’ autonomous organizations and communities, citizens’ consciousnessof participation and cooperation spirit. Practice has proved that in the development of acountry depends not only on the country, the speed of the human capital ownerindividual quality, but also depends on the connecting individual human capital qualityof social capital.This article troughs the view of social capital, and studs the current our countryrural community management situation. Firstly it analyses the current situation ofChina’s rural community, secondly it cultivates the citizen participation consciousness,thirdly the development of community events within the organization, fourth thegovernment should develop rural elite, improve community cohesion.
