After the Central and Eastern Europe transformation, study of Party Politics of this area has been a hot point. The Party Politics of this area changed thoroughly around1989for before that time they carry Socialism single-party system and they take the example of Western multi-party systems pattern latter. The Party Politics of Eastern European states mature quickly after exploring, practicing and improving on laws and institution etc.2008Financial Crisis originated in America and spread the world quickly. It affected Central and Eastern European states on economics and society, however, it did not destroy these states as people imagine especially in Party Politics. This paper makes a comparative analysis on Party Politics with classic Social Cleavage Theory of Lipset and Rokkan in the context of Financial Crisis.This paper states Party Politics and the development of Central and Eastern European politics after the transition. Then it intergrates the Social Cleavage Theory as the analysis base under the mainline of Lipset and Rokkan. Hereafter, the impact of Financial Crisis on these countries is a key point of the paper. After that, a comparative analysis on Party Politics changes done between Poland and Hungary. Finally, it comes to a conclusion that Central and Eastern European Party Politics has their stability after the development these years.The general idea of this paper is to analyze Central and Eastern states’ Party Politics changes and the future of their Party Politics with Social Cleavage Theory in the background of Financial Crisis.
