Literature education In Japanese middle and high school, students are not asked to read a lot of foreign literature. But, only Lu Xun constantly appears. Since 1953, most of the Chinese textbooks of different versions in various periods for middle and high school select Lu Xun’s works including " Home Town" and "Mr. Teng Ye" which have been selected. It can be said that more than half of Japanese citizens have read Lu Xun’s works. Lu Xun is undoubtedly the most outstanding foreign writer.However in middle and high school literature teaching Lu Xun is a key highlight but also carries difficulty, because modern middle and high school students cannot understand the background of the time and the people’s habits etc. in which Lu Xun portrays.This dissertation focuses on the actual situation of Japanese middle and high school literature teaching of Lu Xun’s works including aspects such as teaching materials, examinations, teachers’analysis of teaching styles, objectives, difficulties, key points, how students learn, or what problems exist. Meanwhile, compared with Chinese middle and high school language teaching classroom situation, it can be seen that the focus of teaching and students’ perceptions are different. |
