A powerful country, mostly depends on the development level of nationaleconomy, and the economic development is energy as its development support, so allcountries began to work on energy research. Following the twentieth Century twoworld oil crisis, global inevitably face the energy depletion caused by the pressure, inaddition to raise energy utilization rate and saving energy measures, the mostimportant is to fundamentally awaken national on energy issues. In the energyincreasingly serious problems of environment, energy and health education answerWhile the primary school as a basic education, is to cultivate habits, knowledge of theoptimal phase permeability, therefore, energy education in primary school educationin the application of it has very high research value.Based on the analysis of literature data, a lot of developed countries on theprimary school stage energy education there is a large body of research, not only inthe macroeconomic policies to give energy education legal support, in the school inthe specific operation also has a lot of very good case. This research mainly selectenergy education in Japanese primary school in the field of education how to carry outthe study, through combing the massive literature material, to clear the Japan EnergyEducation in primary school education in energy education concept, positioning,target, content, basic concept and energy curriculum design. According to the relatedliterature analysis found in Japanese primary school energy education mainly hasseveral characteristics: first, the Japanese in the primary school energy educationobjectives set up level clear, target item; second, stages, subjects setting energyeducation content; third, pay attention to knowledge systematization and continuity;fourth, the school, the family and the community together, research range is close tostudents’ life. Based on the analysis of energy education in Japanese primary school,can expand our energy on primary school education, and promoted the China EnergyEducation Development in primary school.This research uses the literature method, case study method and comparativeresearch method three analysis methods of Japanese primary school, energy educationconcept and practice of comprehensive evaluation, as well as on China EnergyEducation in primary school reality to be simple comparison, draw lessons from Japanese primary school energy education accords with our country nationalcondition and education system of curriculum idea and implementation measure, tofurther improve the China energy education contents in primary school.
