The core concept of the basic education curriculum reform is "for every student’s development", stressing "person-oriented" and "student-oriented," and this is the Marxist concept of "holistic education", which is different from the traditional "spoon-fed" teaching method."Holistic education" not only transfers knowledge to students, but also promotes the comprehensive development of the students, and promotes the idea of "independence, cooperation, and exploring" approach to learning, and aims to cultivate the socialist successors who are innovative and versatile. However, at present, the management of Chinese class in China’s rural primary and secondary school is still a traditional authoritarian model. The management and teaching of Chinese class in rural secondary school are generally inefficient or ineffective. They seriously affect the quality of teaching in rural schools, and affect the quality improvement. The majority of Chinese teachers in rural areas are bored with that. Nowadays, how to improve the effectiveness of Chinese class management is a heated concern. In this paper, a self-made paper questionnaire "the effectiveness of Chinese class management in rural junior high school" including questionnaire for teachers and questionnaire for students is a survey of180Chinese teachers and3100students in grades7-9who come from Dapo junior high school and8other schools in Pingnan County of Guigang City.It covers the class control, problem solving, assignment requiring, and the effect of the family and society. The purpose is to find out the status quo and the problems of the Chinese class management and teaching, and analyze the problems (the reasons for teachers, students, schools, and society). The paper presents advices based on the above analysis. Therefore, this paper is divided into logical order in accordance with the preface, the four sections and the conclusion.The preface mainly focuses on the background and summaries of the study on the management of Chinese class in rural junior high school, home and aboard. It also indicates the purpose, methods, and procedures of the study.Part I:The definition and the purpose of the Chinese class management in rural junior high school. The definition includes rural junior high school, class management, and efficiency management of Chinese class. It argues that the efficient management of Chinese class in rural high school should be democratic, efficient, real, and harmony. The good management of the Chinese class is beneficial for the teaching, maintaining the good relationship between the teachers and the students, and the good atmosphere.Part II:The problems of Chinese class management in rural junior high school. Those questionnaires reveal many problems, such as:1. Chinese class management in rural junior high school is ineffective universally.2. Chinese class management in rural junior high school varies differently and is ineffient.3. The management in rural junior high school does not catchup with the effective teaching.Part III:The causes of the existing problems of Chinese class management in rural junior high school. Some are subjective, some are objective. The subjective reasons are summarized as follow.1. For the teachers’part. The new concepts of the management of Chinese class in rural high school are not turned into the teaching performance effectively. The teachers can’t balance the family and their career. Some teachers are lack of achievement and crisis awareness. The prevailing systems discourage the teachers.2. For the students" part. The development of the students and the society need the diversity of management. The increasing of the single parent children and left-behind children promotes the increasing of the problem students. The useless of going to school is increasing popular. The objective reasons are summarized as follow.1. For the school’s part. The bad condition baffles the teaching quality. The inefficient management discourages the teachers.2. For the society’s part. The teachers are not fully respected. Investing in education is far from enough. The bad environment affects of the students’behavior. A great deal of students is lack of supervision from their parents.Part IV:Suggestions on strengthening Chinese class management in rural junior high school. Based on the causes mentioned in the third part, the author makes some suggestions:(A) The teachers should improve themselves by continuous learning professional ethics for teachers, and continuously improve their overall quality.(B)The students should sets up broad ideals, learn with fun, and have a happy life.(C) The Government and the school should strengthen management of outside class.(D) Parents should strengthen the family ties with school to create a good healthy environment for their children.Conclusion is a summary of the full text, and it is also wish for the majority of Chinese teachers in rural junior high school:by using the principle of "use the foreign""essence, to its dregs", localize other’s advanced class management according to the local conditions, so that we can make the Chinese learning in rural junior high school happy and beneficial and let the students have a healthy growth, and both the teachers and students can live a poetic life.
