The author is working in the education front, to the art class class management present situation and the problems are very understanding, also know art class classroom management success not only relates to the rise and fall success or failure of the art college entrance examination three years later, also is related to the evaluation of students and parents to the school and the teacher’s identity, more related to dozens of children’s future and destiny. However, art class related rules and regulations and the accumulation of experience is not perfect enough, the teacher to manage this kind of class’s and grade’s experience is a blank, and art class students the good and bad are intermingled, lacking discipline foundation, and even a few students with academic weariness. Facing social give responsibilities and obligations, establish a reasonable and efficient class management system management, help teachers to give full play to the role of the teacher, to cultivate qualified art students. Set up a sound system of a good classroom management is the guarantee of a school development and improve the quality of teaching, the urgent request of also is the need of teacher management.Using interview and questionnaire research, this study aims to understand how classroom management, analysis of our art classes, combined with the actual and the characteristics of art students, art class for design a set of scientific, multidimensional, dynamic management methods to provide theoretical reference and practical approach. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction. The second part for baotou KunQu high school art class class management present situation investigation and analysis. The third part is the improvement of baotou KunQu high school art class class management strategy research. The fourth part is the conclusion. Admittedly, problems existing in the classroom management way of art class is far more than these, through the exploration of this article, hope for our art classes class management has important theory value and practical significance, can solve our art class class management coordination development contribution meager strength.
