In high school, no matter from the students’knowledge or student’s personal growth reserves, prose in reading the role of all is not allow to neglect, it can help middle school students accumulation of knowledge, improve Chinese accomplishment and improve and perfect personality and cultivate sentiment, but also can improve the middle school students thinking ability and ability. Read the prose is so important, but it has been beset our students, let our students to it is helpless, the teacher also think this is the difficulty of teaching. Although we all spend a lot of time and effort to learn, but the results are always unsatisfactory. The most direct reflect is, in the year of entrance examination, and modern wen reading this a also scored are always unsatisfactory. Based on the above reasons, the author puts forward the research topic, hoped can through his own research, for training high school reading ability to provide a little prose inspired and help.A better understanding of current research is the first step, and an important step. No investigation, no right to speak, do not understand the students’reading situation, the strategy will be a paper talk. Only those targeted approach strategy, you can really make strategy can implement and has the effect. So this study through the questionnaire survey method, the writer’s high school students to read part of prose was investigated. According to the results of the survey, at present high school students reading prose has the following problem situation:ask the students to read’s not the right attitude; Every day there is little time for reading, read the prose is small; The prose of the class reading teaching can not meet the requirement of students and; Reading interest not strong, also not form a good reading habits; School library collection of utilization rate is not high. The survey results on the basis of analysis, and combined with the other advanced teaching idea and his own teaching experience, this research put forward the following strategies:clear the education goals; Update old ideas, establish new reading teaching concept, Train the student to the prose’s interest in the reading and good reading habits; Reading in the classroom teaching process, the training of the students’reading ability.This paper is divided into five parts.
