with the new curriculum reform, the teaching process between the teachers and students is also change greatly, in ancient feudal society teachers are in a high postion towards nowadays emphasized democracy and equality between teachers and students. The author found when teaching chemistry in the middle school:harmonious, orderly relationship between teachers and students is the catalyst to inspire the student thought, besides it can promote better teaching for teachers, and students can learning better. Therefore the author consider that it is essential to research the relationship between teachers and students.Chemistry teaching processes are both the process of teachers’teaching and the students’learning. Chemical teachers play a very important role in guiding students to study. And Chemistry teachers need to make full use of the teaching strategies and wit to stimulate the students’strong, positive and active learning interest so that produce the strong desire to study chemical knowledge, then enhance the students’ creativity.As a nature science, so many strange phenomenon in chemistry, it need more help with teachers and participate with students. So in a sense, the middle school chemistry teaching is teachers’ and students’ effective communication and dialogue, if the relationship between in the teaching process is not harmonious, high school chemistry teaching also won’t went very well. The author as a postgraduate student understood that good relationship between teachers and students depends on the construction of the teacher’s careful preparation and planning. Therefore, this article will discuss and research the relationship between teachers and students in chemistry teaching with the following several aspects.The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the background of the curriculum reform in our country and put forward facing the relationship between teachers and students, then mainly emphasis on the research background, research methods, and of great significance on the relationship between teachers and students.The second chapter mainly to a brief introduction between teachers and students relationship, it includes three basic parts:teaching relationship, emotional relationship, ethics, then describe the relationship between teachers and students of foreign research status, including foreign education trend and discussed several of the present situation of the domestic study.The third chapter basically tells the foundation of new curriculum reform of chemistry teaching-humanistic learning theory, then tell the role and teaching quality of the teachers required.And then describe the form strategy of the relationship between teachers and students in new curriculum reform under the principle of chemistry teaching.The fourth chapter basically tells the stage of teaching practice research, the author how to teach in the middle school when face a new lesson, lesson problem sets, and experiment course using the concept of the ideas of teacher-student relation teaching design, and the teaching effect to show.The fifth chapter is summarized and postscript, summarizes the difficult meet with and getting help during the research process, and summarizes the defects and shortcomings of the whole teaching paper.
