In ordinary high school in school-based research is the inevitable requirement of the new curriculum reform. Whether school-based curriculum, school-based training, or school-based management must be through the school-based research can be achieved. Ordinary high school need to vigorously and widely developing school-based research, strengthen the construction of school-book study system, give play to the function of school-book study, improve teachers’ professional development, promote the students’ healthy growth, promote the sustainable development of the school, gradually formed democracy, open, efficient training mechanism.This paper studies the main with investigation research, action research, experience, reflect on practice, case analysis, and other methods research project. The main content of average high school have sets forth the current situation analysis, ordinary high school school-based research and the practice exploration of two parts.First, the ordinary high school sets forth the current situation analysis. Through collecting the school-based research information and city-level demonstration in wuhan city high school-ten mixed steel for school-based research situation, the current ordinary high school school-based research really existed some problems such as the content, the form is drab dare not to challenge the authority, research is weak, the reflection ability consciousness is weak, insufficient strength companions helping each professional support, lack of power, lack of effective safeguard measures and so on some problems.Second, ordinary high school school-based research practice exploration. Since2009in hubei province high school into the new curriculum, wuhan steel for ten no.6middle school three years of school-book study practice research, trying to explore the effective development of average high school sets forth the basic thought, control process, key operation, research methods, implementation countermeasure, etc.The basic thought of the school-based research:attention to school-based research, help teachers in the new curriculum reform situation better professional development; Select three of the right way, fulfills the ordinary high school school-based research; Establish three long-effect mechanism, ensure the implementation of the school-based research of average high school. School-based research key operation:according to the basic theory of adult learning and teachers’ professional characteristic of the study, the activities of the school-based research process including six basic activities link:demand survey, resource study, found that the problem, project design, the practice exploration and summarized the reflection, every link has its key operation.Sets forth the three ways:personal research fellow, mutual help and professional lead. School-based research implementation countermeasure:constructing school-based research topic selection mechanism, school-based research evaluation mechanism, school-based research protection long-effect mechanism, promoting school-based research; Choose to "class cases studies","case study","project" three ways as the carrier, fulfills the school-based research.Ten no.6middle school in steel through three years of school-based research practice, improve the teachers’ quality, the development of the teachers’ ability, promoting his teacher’s professional development; Establishing long-effect mechanism, ensure the normal school-based research, is promoting the school the connotation development.
