The P.E. teaching environment has great importance in P.E. teaching activity,penetrating in each link of it, and always intervening its procession and effection. Thegood P.E. teaching environment provides the presupposition and basic guarantee forthe P.E. teaching activity. In the process of P.E. teaching, the good P.E. teachingenvironment have the effection of positive direction, cultivation, motivation andhealthy, all of which have great significance in student’s harmonious development ofbody and mind. At present, our government is dedicating to promoting the construction ofthe West Strait Economic Zone, while our local government is attaching great significanceto education and give the priorities to the development of education, as a result, the school’sPE education of Zhangzhou will get great benefits from it.To discuss the situation and the existing problems of P.E. teaching construction inZhangzhou urban and rural school, we adapted the methods of documents and material,investigation on the spot, questionnaire, statistic, comparative analysis and so on in this thesis,and finally we arrived at the following conclusions:1. Zhangzhou rural and urban P.E. teaching development is imbalance and this problemis becoming more and more outstanding, and the P.E. education resources configuration is notreasonable.2. On the whole, according to our national laws, regulations and policies, the P.E.education environmental situation in Zhangzhou rural and urban school is very poor,including the construction of sports venues, sports equipment and facilities and so on. Thereis still having certain disparities.3. Most of the students and teachers in Zhangzhou rural and urban school are notsatisfied with the present situation of P.E. education environment for such situation can’t fullymeet the normal requirement of P.E. teaching.4. There are some significant differences in P.E. teaching physical environment betweenurban and rural secondary school. The urban secondary school have great advantages insports venue construction, sports equipment and facilities, funds, and teachers quality, all ofwhich are superior to rural school. 5. The urban secondary school in Zhangzhou can implement relevant departments toformulate the sports teaching system more effectively, and even have a better physicaltradition and culture. On the contrary, rural secondary school is affected by all kinds offactors, the situation is relatively weak.6. In general, the P.E. education interpersonal relationship is good between urban andrural secondary school, but in rural secondary school the relationship between teachers andstudents, students and students are more harmonious than urban secondary school.In consideration of the existing problems of P.E. teaching construction in Zhangzhouurban and rural school, some constructive and optimized countermeasures have beenproposed in this thesis, I fully hope that what we have suggested will provide some usefulreferences for our government when they establishing policies and will do some contributionsfor P.E. teaching construction in Zhangzhou urban and rural school.
