Because of the current state of college students in our country,especially the status of physical health of female college students is not optimistic.Therefore,this study conducted an 18-week cheering and core strength training for ordinary female college students.Observed and compared the female college students' muscle fitness,aerobic fitness,flexibility and physical fitness,and analyzed the changes in core strength training.The influence of physical fitness of female college students in universities and colleges.In order to achieve core strength training,the ultimate goal of improving the physical fitness and physical fitness of female college students is also to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the teaching effect of cheerleading.This study uses literature data,experimental testing,mathematical statistics,and comparative studies.The 48 female college students in the selective physical education class of the public physical education class of Shaanxi Normal University were selected as the experimental subjects.The average age was 21±2 years.The subjects were divided into the control group and the experimental group.First,the relevant indicators were tested and collected before and after the experiment.Then,the test data of the two tests were statistically analyzed using spass17.0 software and Excel.The data form was averaged plus or minus the standard deviation(x±s).The data before and after exercise were compared using the T test.It starts in February 2017 and ends in June 2017.It lasts 18 weeks and once a week.The control group performed normal cheering teaching and exercise.In addition to the cheerleading exercise,the experimental group also required training in core strength.Through comparative research,analyze and compare the influence of core strength training on the physical fitness of female college students during the cheering event.Experiment conclusions were drawn:1)The vital capacity,maximal oxygen uptake,and 800-meter performance of the experimental group were not statistically significant before and after the experiment(p>0.05);after the experiment,the vital capacity and 800 scores of the experimental group and the control group did not change(p>0.05),there was a difference in VO2 max(p<0.05).In the cheer-leading program,core strength training has little effect on aerobic fitness.2)Experimental group students' scores for standing and jumping before and after the experiment were improved(p<0.05),and the scores for sit-ups were significantly higher(p<0.01);the scores of the standing and long jumps of the experimental group and the control group students after the experiment were also improved.(p<0.05),the performance of sit-ups increased more significantly(p<0.01).Explain that the core strength training in the cheerleading program can improve the female students' muscle fitness.3)The results of the sit-ups of the experimental group before and after the experiment were improved(p<0.05);the results of the sit-ups of the control group before and after the experiment were improved(p<0.05);and the experimental group and the control group after the experiment.There was no difference(p>0.05)between the students' seated body forward flexion performance.It shows that the core strength training in the cheerleading program has no significant effect on the flexibility of female college students.4)When comparing all indicators that reflect body composition,only waist-to-hip ratio,body weight,and body fat decreased in the experimental group before and after the experiment(p<0.05);before and after the experiment in the control group Body weight and body fat were decreased(p<0.05);students in the experimental group and control group had only lower waist-hip ratio and lower body weight after the experiment(p<0.05).It shows that the combination of core strength training and cheering events has a significant effect on the changes of female college students' body composition.In particular,core strength training has a better effect on shaping female college students' body shape.
