Into the21st century,Higher vocational education in China has entered a period of rapid development.Especially with the large number of middle vocational schools have been upgraded to become Higher Vocational Colleges.Regardless of the number of the institutions, enrollment or a substantial increase in the number of students.Accounted for about half of the higher education.And scale of rapid expansion followed by the scale and quality have become increasingly prominent.The whole community, especially the education sector began to pay great attention to the quality of higher vocational education.Thus become the fetters of the development of higher vocational education,Strengthen the construction of vocational colleges connotation for the realization,Improve the quality of personnel training goal.In2008, the Ministry of Education issued a higher vocational institutions personnel training evaluation project.Pointed that To gradually form a school, educational and administrative departments to guide the society to participate in teaching quality assurance system,Higher vocational educations cale is the rapid expansion,Socio-economic development of a higher demand for higher vocational education.And in order to improve the quality of teaching,The top priority is to establish the combination of the quality of teaching and daily teaching activities Monitoring and Evaluation System.This is also the vocational colleges on the quality of teaching throughout the implementation monitoring and the formation of the objective requirements of the long-term quality assurance mechanism.This article is divided into four parts.The first part of the basic concepts of the teaching quality control system connotation defined.And then analyzed on the basis of analysis of higher vocational education, the characteristics of the Teaching Quality Monitoring System.The second part through the investigation on the part of higher vocational institutions,Analysis of the current teaching quality control problems,Mainly from the level of school evaluation and social evaluation expand,And cause analysis on these issues.The third part discusses the concepts and principles of the Teaching Quality Monitoring System,On the basis of analysis of existing system problems,Puts forward the Teaching Quality Monitoring System need to follow the principle.Part IV as a core part of this article,Through three levels of teaching quality monitoring to establish a full range of teaching quality monitoring system.From the source of quality monitoring, monitoring of the quality of the teaching process, the quality of student learning to monitor the three perspectives discussed in detail the construction of the teaching quality control system,Promote the improvement of teaching quality.Source of quality control system,Focus from the school orientation, guiding ideology, professional set up, personnel training programs and the elaboration of the teaching program, teachers building management system construction, textbook, curriculum development, Practice Base for a detailed discussion.This is the foundation to ensure the teaching quality control,Strong handling.This requires that we attach great importance to it.Establishment and implementation of the Teaching Quality Monitoring and Evaluation System,Vocational colleges to ensure the quality of education and teaching to meet the state standards, improve the social recognition of vocational education, the promotion of higher vocational education and healthy development of a powerful measure.In this thesis, vocational colleges, the establishment and implementation of quality monitoring and evaluation system has some theoretical value and the actual reference.The specific operation of the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges also have a strong demonstration and reference value.
