The work is the most important characteristic of Montessori’s Children education, she regards the experience of the interaction between children and the environment as the work, and designs a complete set of teaching aids for children. Her educational philosophy is to allow children to work automatically correct the error, and self-education. However, Montessori often calls the work of the children the games and call the invented aids the toys in her books. Her descriptions of the nature of children’s work are great similarities with the game. Furthermore, due to the characteristics of the children’s physical and mental development, they like the novel, flexible and free stuff. We can’t deny that the game is the most basic activities of the children, the game has great appeal, and can bring joy, to meet the requirements of the children. However, the children’s work also has a similar nature. So, there is no need to distinguish the activity children are engaged in is a game or work, the work of children is their game. Therefore, the author analyzes the factor of game including in the children work of Montessori.First of all, starting from the analysis of the formation of the Montessori Children’s work ethic background, Pointing out that Montessori’s learning experience and the careful observation for children based on the children’s home are important reasons for considering the children’s activities as the work not a game. She was also affected by the thoughts of other Western philosophers, psychologists and educators, and promoted by the budding of the new pedagogy. On the basis, arranging and analyzing Montessori’s concept of children work.Secondly, game analysis on the Montessori’s idea of children work and the children work.game analysis of Montessori children work also from two angles:one is the game factor analysis of Montessori’s children work in Children development perspective. Including two aspects:game elements of the game characterized by factor analysis and value analysis. The second game of the Montessori Children’s work in the education vision factor analysis,including four aspects:utilization strategy game factor analysis, the children work environment created by game factor analysis of the nature of the work of the Child, child guidance game factor analysis, factor analysis.through the analysis concluded that:The nature of working with children is child’s play, is child’s reality-based game.Finally, evaluate the Montessori children work, expect to draw on the Montessori method of education in China provided some valuable comments.
