In recent years, with economic and social development, investment in education increasing, the software and hardware for education which provide strong guarantee for the growth of children has increased significantly in primary and secondary schools. However, we also notice that, the income level of school doctors who have the responsibility for protecting children health remains relatively low. The incentive mechanism is not perfect. This situation will not only weaken the working enthusiasm which may reduce the efficiency of school doctors to preventive students from disease, but also restrict the development of school health work and affect the health level of students. Therefore, the research on incentives optimization of school doctors in primary and secondary schools is directly related to the health of young people in our country.As educators and medical workers, school doctors in primary and secondary schools are different from the other employees for their highly professional and technical work, special circumstances of their work objects, diversified and complex needs, and their pursuit of development. So the study of the incentives of school doctors, related to the health of our descendents, should be significantly different from that of the enterprise management as well as the general staff of companies. In this sense, the incentives of the primary and secondary school doctors should not copy the enterprise incentive program. It must base on the analysis of their work, and then we can study it thoroughly. Through this essay, I also want to find out the similarity problem in school doctor incentives of school and government. It is useful for school doctors in other areas to develop their careers. This essay has profound significance in attracting and retaining good school doctors, arousing their initiative and creativity, improving their work efficiency, and promoting scientific, sustainable and long-term development.This essay focuses on the construction of school doctor incentives. Through a satisfaction survey about the work of the school doctors in Haidian District, I analyze the existing problems and try to find out the reasons, and finally optimize an operational incentive program suited to the sustainable development of government and school.
