Middle School Classroom Effective Teaching Evaluation Index System Of Building Research

The fundamental task of senior high schools is to train talents; teaching is the principal way to accomplish it. In order to have an effective talents training, we must improve the management of the quality of classroom instruction. The evaluation of classroom instruction is an essential part of the management. This article mainly focuses on the efficiency evaluation index system, aiming at exploring a scientific and rational evaluation system so as to be referred to and applied to schools.The paper begins with a review of scholarship at home and abroad on efficient teaching and evaluation of classroom instruction, analyzing and defining some key concepts related to classroom instruction and its evaluation. It points out that classroom instruction efficiency refers to the effectiveness of teaching achieved in the allotted time of instruction. In this case, the effectiveness of teaching (including quantity and quality), as a factor restricting the efficiency of teaching, is more likely to draw attention, while time, another key restraining factor, is usually ignored. Meanwhile, it mentions that classroom instruction efficiency refers to the integrated effect of students’ mastery of knowledge, the development of ability and the increase of knowledge within limited class time.The surveys and interviews of this research have revealed the basic approach of classroom instruction and reflection after evaluation. A questionnaire about the evaluation of classroom instruction efficiency has been designed on the basis of related literature both domestic and abroad and the survey carried out in a senior school. A statistical analysis has been conducted on this basis. With regard to the problems and according to the results of the research the last chapter of this article provides some advice on improving the classroom instruction efficiency and the evaluation system.
