In2011, the latest edition of the Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standard emphasizesto help students to command learning methods, and to improve the language ability. In line withstudents’ personality development, and pay attention to students’ unique feeling and experience duringthe reading process, and advocate creative reading from different angles. In the Chinese readingteaching should adopt Annotation-type reading teaching method.To combine it with students, teachers,and reading material. That is to say, during the reading teaching process, teachers, students combinetheir experience into reading, and go deep in the teaching material, and at last, get a full understandingwhich beyond the literal meaning of the reading material.This paper mainly takes the literature method, historical research method and some other relatedresearch methods. First of all, the author makes an analysis and comparison on annotation, annotationreading, and annotation-type reading teaching method. The author mainly discusses the definition,characteristics and types of annotation-type reading teaching method, and then, the Historicalcontribution and theoretical basis of annotation-type reading teaching method were provided. The thirdchapter is the most important chapter. In this chapter, the author does an exploration on annotation-typereading in Chinese teaching. From the principles which annotation-type reading teaching method shouldfollow, the author make a discussion on the text selection and the select angle of implementingannotation-type reading teaching method. At last, in view of the nowadays Chinese Reading Teachingin the implementation of Annotation-type reading teaching situation, undertook reflection deep, pointedout the Annotation-type reading teaching should pay attention to some of the related problems and putsforward related suggestions.The key point in this paper is to make an in-depth comparison on the related definition aboutannotation-type reading teaching. As for the implementation of annotation-type reading teaching, it wasdivided into three aspects to carry out, and at last, the author explains the web annotation-type reading.
