With the deepening and improving of market economic system in China, human resource management are experiencing profound changes, especially in the transformation of the mode of labor forces, bring tougher confusion and challenge for Human Resource Management. This paper based on comparing enterprises with college students the two masters role expectations, the research based on numerous investigation and interview, adopting uses empirical analysis studied existed difference between the two or difference reached a notable level.The research bases on review of vast amount of literature and summarizes concept of role, the meaning of role expectations, the characteristics of role expectations, etc., meanwhile advances the meaning of the research according to the research development of domestic and foreign. This dissertation brings forward the model and hypotheses of empirical research based on the theoretical analysis. The result of questionnaire investigation is analyzed with SPSS. According to the survey and analyses its results, selected the core element persecuted the college students and enterprises to study the matter, that is the college students and enterprises——the different subjects role expections, attempting through the study gives some referenced suggestions for the enterprises to solve the problem of labor forces. The paper draw the relative influence role expections factors, proposed solving the countermeasure, Similarly, the orientation for future research and the defect of the paper is also described within.Based on the study results, attempted to guide students consciously understand ourselves and mold oneself in their daily life, pay more attention on theirselves feedbacks, adjust and reform theirselves consistently, so they can make sure and pinpoint proper orientation after a run-in period, improve their comprehensive quality and special skills, cultivate different thinking ways to find different methods to solve problems, exceed the limitation of their major, store the cumulative wisdom and knowledge, research the way led to balanced development, that will contribute to employee’s career development and enterprise’s strategic goal.
